Good morning! My big day is not until Sunday. I have a few days of my 30's left. I am finishing up my packing today and heading down to my friend's house tonight. We leave for WDW first thing tomorrow morning!

Okay, I took my mickey and minnie beads to the store while my son had a class and tried the medium flex bangle. The bangle is now on my wrist with my beads and on each side with a Brighton round silver bead with black polka dots between each head. I love it. Thanks scrappy tink for sharing that your miss chamilia fits on yours and now I can use these beads, because I think they are just adorable. I also love the flex bangle. It really sharpens the whole look.

Yay!! I'm always happy to help enable a fellow bead-loving DISer!! I love the bangle too, but be real careful that your ends are securely locked in....that's probably how I lost my one end, which I STILL need to call about!! I bought my peppermint swirl bead before I heard they didn't fit the adult bracelet, but thought, I had to at least TRY to out it on. I was surprised it fit!

ugh! Thanks to this thread I've just now placed an order on DS.com to get the swirl Mickey head (and threw in a Dooney wristlet to order another Dooney credit card holder) and bought the retired Cheshire on eBay yesterday (they took my best offer of $27!) and I'm watching a couple Mrs. Potts. I only have a Pandora, so at some point I'll need to pick up another braclet to put the new Disney beads on....

I'm going through a lot personally right now so it doesn't take much convincing for me to be swayed to buy my feelings ..... LMAO

Welcome! I would say that if you have your heart set on the castle you should pick it up now. It is one that Chamilia is not producing any more. I know that I have kicked myself a few times for not picking up a discontinued bead when I see it.

I have not seen any of the expo charms and would love to see pictures too!

Thanks for the advice. They had it at WDW in January, but it seems as though I might be able to pick it up online for a little cheaper. I'll definitely look into it and then save it until after the race. Any suggestions on good website/reputable sellers to look into for authentic beads?

Hello everyone. I have been so busy, that I forgot to come back here and post the picture of the bead I got in Epcot. I'm aiming to get that done tonight.

I found a local store that sells Chamilla beads. The owner was super nice! I tried the flex bangle and loved it. He said I should go for a large, which seemed weird, since I always thought I had small wrists. I went ahead and bought the Minnie Murano for DH to give me for V-day, the Mickey Murano because it was in stock, and Cinderella's shoe to mark my first 5k. Sadly, I didn't have the money for the bracelet, but am hoping to grab it asap! Does anyone know it being sold cheaper than the $65-$70 price?

Just so you know you guys are a bad influence! I stumbled on this thread the other day and after looking at all the pictures decided that I might like a Chamilia bracelet. I went to my local retailer today to "look" and walked out with a flex bangle, silver mickey head, silver minnie head, silver pumpkin coach, and the LE valentine bead.

Luckily this month is Valentine's Day and my birthday so DH is now all set (and he's happy because he doesn't have to find anything on his own).

I can see that this is going to be a dangerous obsession. Almost as bad as the Dooney & Bourke disney handbags.

Congrats on your new beads! I have found that you do need to go a little bigger than you think with the bracelets, because they get tighter once they have beads on them.

I have not seen any bangles less than that lately, but I have not really been shopping for one either. Usually there is some sort of sale going on for Valentine's Day.

I explained to DH tonight, that while I bought my Valentine's gift (Minnie bead) he will be giving me, I also bought the others, but still don't have a bracelet for them. He told me he was going to buy me flowers, but to go get the bracelet instead. I told him to skip the card too. I hope to get to the jewelers tomorrow or on Wednesday!
