HI, I am planning a trip to Disney in June next year. Does anyone have any suggestions of how or where to get the best deal?
We are planning a week. Do you feel it is necessary to get a pass for everyday?

We have done the hopper pass in the past, and we are debating on whether or not to get it again. We didn't use it all the time, but sometimes. I wanted to hear from people too that have just gotten the one day pass, and were they pleased and satisfied with a one day pass per day?

Thanks!

Hi!
We are also going in June 07. I have never been there in June, but did go in mid May last year and it was hot! :sunny:

The crowd level was moderate, the big rides had 10 minute waits, any longer than that we got FP.

We had park hoppers, and we used them about 50% of the time during our 8 day trip. We would hit one park very early, go back to the hotel and have lunch/swim and head back to a different park at night. I planned in advance to book our dining at the park we would be in at night.

This requires a lot of advance planning to know which days/nights at the parks will be least crowded. I got a lot of tips from this website, and did buy the Tour Guide Mike package. I thought it was worth it, and I will use him again for this trip.

I would suggest that if you have 6 days or less to tour parks, that you purchase the park hopper. It's really not that much more expensive when you consider the flexibility you have with touring anywhere you want at anytime.

Hope you have a great time, and I am sure you will become addicted to these boards. They are FULL of sooo much helpful information, and the people are the best. :thumbsup2

We were there this past June. The crowds were heavy at times. We used FP quite a bit.

I'd definitely suggest getting and using the Hopper. It's definitely worth it! We only did 4 days at Disney and we definitely didn't get to see everything. We hopped from park to park to make our ADR's.

Have a great time!

We were there 10 days last June and are going 13 days this June 07. We used the unofficial guide to see which days were best at which parks and it really did make all the difference. If you do the typical flow like most people, you will have large crowds and long waits. When we followed the guide we waited very little if at all. The 2007 guide doesn't have the dates in it but their website does contain a day by day list of which parks are best. That is the single most useful thing we found in the book. Yes, there are other things, but if you use that guide by the day, your stay will be much more enjoyable. In June, no matter what the weather looks like, bring the poncho! The park hopper is great. Early hours, later hours, it's great. Depending on how many days you go, you may not need a pass for each day, but it is inexpensive enough after 4 days, just a few dollars a day. AAA was very good to us. We did not use their planning or services but when we called disney directly, we told them we had AAA and we got a discount of about $220.00 just on the rooms at the all stars music. I didn't buy the passes yet, but AAA was limited on those due to the number of days offered. I may just get those from one of the discount places. Hope that helps. Have fun and maybe we'll see you there! Look for the lime green Mickey! :thumbsup2
