In the parks, Disney springs, and all Disney hotels. It's all the same wifi, "Disney Guest"

The wifi is throughout the entire parks but in some building with many walls the signal can be lost as well as cell service. Such as Space, Pirates, Soarin, FoP

No, even Disney isn't that greedy
They have even vastly improved the service since implementing the 4th FP via MDE option. It used to be really spotty. Now I find it works in all locations except deep interior buildings as mentioned already

My husband and I agreed on our last trip it was much better than previous trips.
