Disney has spelled my name incorrectly, delaying my membership

Just wanting to vent I guess. I am a new member anxiously awaiting my welcome home and points. After receiving a premature activation code for the website and almost an hour with MS, it was discovered that Disney misspelled my name, and now I have to go through administration to get it fixed. Oh, and administration has no phone number - only email. Welcome home.
 
Hi I decided to ask about this on another dvcinfoboard/thread and received more helpful suggestions for your not so Welcome Home.
They have received better service when they emailed:

dvcmembersatisfactionteam@disneyvacationclub.com

Sorry for your delay and I would feel very unwelcome also .
Honestly did not know about this so its good you posted .
Members will be surprised with this additional reduction in services when they follow the instructions posted on the member site to call .

Thanks for the help! I have emailed the dvc administration site I was given, and magically, I had the real welcome home email this morning. I am still not sure where the breakdown occurred, but the long delay with MS yesterday while they tried to “sort it out” was a little unnerving.
