Disney has crashed

All the websites including MS, Cruise Line and Disney.com are a no go at the moment. Member services even closed early and the DVC site was down all weekend. Anybody know of any power outage problems or storms in the area? We leave in 4 days and would hate to have problems at all the resorts due to computer glitches. Seems pretty widespread to be an update problem. I here it is affecting even little items like fast pass also?

This is purely speculation, but I know a major "problem" was uncovered concerning internet-based services (not only Disney). I don't know yet if it was a worm, virus, trojan horse, OS vulnerability, or what, but we all received notification at work today (a major telecommunications provider) to ensure our patches and anti-virus were up-to-date. Possibly something got through the firewall???

Was in process of switching res. for Oct. trip...have got a new confirm #, CRO took a manual deposit for pkg & supposed to cancel original room only. hope plans don't get messed up & I wind up with no room @ all. CM @ CRO told me they were so bored since system went down (she mentioned a fire in the MK???), that they were doing sing-a-longs & telling people to take the day off tomorrow.

Disney had a global systems crash. Non weather related,servers were down on both coasts for a few hours.

DVC website is back working this morning, I already logged on to check how many days till our upcomming trip.
