Yes! I want picture suggestions, your pictures are HILARIOUS.

Those are all really good suggestions minus ToT. I can't do that ride, I fear I will plunge to my death.

But who's going to pray with me right before the ride goes if you're not going with me????????????????

LL, do you really want ME to give you picture suggestions?

I guess for me it would be all about soaking up the magic that each park has to offer:

MK: Philharmagic, It's a Small World, HM and POTC.
Epcot: Spaceship Earth and American Adventure
AK: Kilimanjaro Safari and/or EE
DHS: ToT, One Man's Dream, and either Voyage of the Little Mermaid or Beauty and the Beast.

Jordan ....oh please give me and Leslie some ideas of some pictures you would love to see us take or see us in...that would be so much fun...Like our own personal Jordan made scavenger hunt...oh the stories that will be told of those pictures!

Well your panic obviously made me freak out. It slowly grew throughout the day and then I got home and I had to order some!

Yeah Way To Go Pillar of logic and strength I'm already drowning in my panic and you are no lifesaver LOL!!!!! I'm glad you sent me the link too...glad to see in all of the haze of cold weather panic we haven't left behind our inate ability to enable each other at every turn LOL!

I'll have to think about it, but for sure a picture outside of the Chinese Laundry on the streets of america.

I think another one would be to get an entertainer to take a picture with you--a streetmosphere CM or those funny people in the UK pavilion or a Jammitor or Off Kilter.......

I vote for a "Where's Leslie" pic in one of the parks! Like the old Where's Waldo? books! Find someone very nice to do the pic in a busy part of one of the parks..make sure you can see the camera, and wave or something so the person can do the pic. Might be best to get a CM to do it unless you spot a good looking guy to flirt with though, LOL.

Not if you are used to those temperatures LOL!!!! I live here in the south and to me the 40s are cold so I have to be prepared for that and a few sites I saw had the lows in the 30s and with windchill that makes for a cold night...especially an EMH MK evening!!!

Just follow the advice and have layers!! Please do not panic like me and buy handwarmers and blankets...there needs to only be one of us per thread and I will happily claim the title and save the rest of you from my insanity LOL!!

PS...was able to talk Leslie out of the blanket...whew...was worried about that for a second and I didn't buy the fleece (at least not yet LOL) I have a Disney fleece Prince P got for me last Christmas that will be making this trip LOL!!!

I'm going to give up on this whole weather thing...I don't know what the weather will be like there but I know I'm going prepared LOL!!!!! I just need to find a way to stay warm the next couple of days LOL!!!!!

Being a character junkie (my kids forced me to be I guess) I think you should try to meet /see one of the Fab Five in all 4 parks. Be it in the parade, on an item, or in person. That would be fun!

I've been contemplating a little plan for my solo day before Jen arrives. A 4 Parks/1 Day type of thing. I'm not 100% sure I want to do that but I thought it might be a fun little challenge for me to do that and experience at least one ride or attraction in each park.

Go for it, if you are feeling well. We did it and are glad we did.
They need to make a Four Parks/One Day pin. That would be fun!

Hello ladies!

Well, we're down in the single digits! WOOT!



I'm so happy for you guys. I'm a little nauseous this morning, so I'm going to refrain from food commentary other than to say, I hope you enjoy it!

LL, I'm glad you got more layers to bring. Honestly, it's been really, really cold down there right now, and I know we both have a propensity to overpack, but in this case, I'd rather have too much than not enough, or you'll be buying up all the Disney sweats you can lay your hands on! Not that that's necessarily a bad thing, just tough on the wallet.

Congrats on the later flight. I do enjoy a little goodbye to the MK on the last day.

And don't worry, you're busy now, but it will all come together.

Oh, I totally forgot. I did three parks in one day on my last trip, and my goal was character meet and greets. Long story, but this was very spur of the moment on my part. That's an easy way to do all four in one day. Plus you know how certain areas are themed different, so those could be some really cool pictures. Just a thought.

An airport spa! Think about it, with all the hassle of security these days, people are stuck in their terminals for an hour or two. wouldn't it be nice to take that time to get a mani or pedi or even a short massage

Being a non-entrepreneur, if any of you take that idea and make a fortune, I get a cut OK?

You girls are funny! Hate to tell you this but the weatherman said something like this, this morning: "It's not often we get to say this but it's 29 here in Hartford and 29 in Orlando, FL." Hope the cold spell breaks for you. But sounds like you are very well prepared.

Katie - i have seen spas in some airports. Some even have nap rooms! But that doesn't mean you couldn't launch a new chain of them!

I definitely think the hardest part of going in January is the packing...the forecast keeps changing. Rain on some days the next time I check no rain! Lows in the 30s then lows in the upper 40s on the same day...that makes a difference you know!! But as many of you have said its about being prepared and that we will definitely be LOL!
