Disney Gives Me the Warm Fuzzies. January 2010 PreTrip Report. Update 11/6 Pg. 79

:woohoo: Nice ADR list!! You got some great times at great restaurants. I'm impressed with your TA!

I think 2 shorter trips is such a good idea. You will go in January, then when you are really missing WDW it will be time for another trip. You just have to promise to finish your January TR before your fall trip. K? ;)

Good ADRS! Some of my fave places...

I think it's in the exit area of Impressions de France in the store?

I think your ADRs look great! What is it you like to eat at LTT? Is there another place that serves it? For me it's the roast beef and I can get almost the same thing at 50's PT....

The picture? Is it COP?

Yeay for having ADRs!!! Tasty places you have there, LL! :goodvibes

I am stumped on the picture as well -- somewhere on Main Street?

Nice ADRs LL....:woohoo:

hmm...since you are actually changing your trip length doesn't that mean you are officially on version 5.0....:lmao:

Hmmm...I remember reading somewhere a little bit ago that you needed a Disney break...:confused3 and now you are doing another trip next fall...

You've got it bad girl...:lmao: (but it takes one to know one...;))

Congrats....

Great ADR's LL!! I'm glad everything worked out so well! Except for LTT! I'm bummed that CP won't be open in Jan, I know my nieces would have enjoyed a little Pooh and Friends time!

The picture...

Hmmm, I actually have 2 guesses! The first is in the Exposition Hall on Main Street. The second is HM.

I have to say....I knew this Where in Disney? would be hard. Only ONE of you got the right answer. Muhahahaha!! :lmao:

Glad everything worked out with the ADRs!

As for the picture I am stumped. :confused3
I'm very happy with the way everything worked out.

I just got caught up via links. I think 2 shorters trips is the way too go, 11 days without your hubby might have been too much. Congrats on getting the dinning that you wanted!
It might have been. Though 11 days in Florida in the middle of winter would not have been. I really hope the trip next fall works out so I think I'm going to take my chances and shorten January.

Those ADRs look great!!

I have heard about CP going under refurb..it's too bad it's closed cause that is such a popular one and so fun, but it probably needs a little TLC.

Have a great day!
I'm sure it does needs some TLC but I'd hate to see them change anything there.

:yay: Yay for getting your ADRs!! :yay:

1900 Park Fare is one of my favs.

It's amazing that LTT is booked. I guess that's what closing one restaurant does.
The TA said that nothing is being able to be booked at LTT so maybe Disney hasn't opened it up yet. :confused3

Nice ADR list. I was really surprised that Liberty Tree was booked until you mentioned that Crystal Palace would be closed. That's kind of a bummer, but I'm sure it will be alright.

As for the "Where in Disney" pictures, is that the American Adventure? The scene with Mark Twain at the expo?
YOU ARE CORRECT! Excellent Job!!

It is a bummer about LTT but I know I'll get to have lunch there again...someday!

Great ADR list! :thumbsup2 That stinks about LTT but.....this is what I did my first night....I knew I would end up at MK and I really didn't want to eat anywhere there specifically so I booked an ADR at "The Wave" at The Contemporary. Boy we were not disappointed! The filet there was like butter...no knife needed! It was sooooo good.....and so easy...we just took the bus from AKV to MK and then took the monorail over to The Contemporary.
Another ADR I see that you have that you will love is Jiko! OMG....I had another filet there (the one served on mac and cheese with a wine sauce) Amazing! :yay::yay:

Tracy
I'm really looking forward to Jiko. Yummmm. I don't think I'll have the filet, I think we are sticking to apps and desserts. Mmmmm! :cloud9:

Great ADR's, LL!:thumbsup2 They look perfect, so glad you got what you were hoping for, minus one, that's pretty good!

Hmm....HM for the light fixture??:confused3
I think it was a job well done with the ADRs. I'm very pleased. I think I might stick with using a TA, way more relaxing this way for me.

I just adore our ADR list!! I'm so excited about where we will be eating YAY!!!!!! I can't wait to eat at all of these places!

I know where that picture was taken too LOL!!!! I love it!!! One of my faves!!!!!
Yes, but are you really adoring the ADR list? :rotfl: I'm eagerly awaiting your answer tomorrow about that other one we are contemplating. I think it's funny because when you got back from your trip I really wanted to try it. Now where to fit it in...:confused3

Is that pic from the Movie Ride? It just looks like something that should go in the Mary Poppins section.
Nope. American Adventure.

Oooo yeah, the displays in the line!
It does look like it fits in the Mary Poppins era though.

I'm voting for Movie Ride too...nice ADR list!!!
Thanks!

Okay, EXCELLENT ADRs... the photo? VERY cool looking, but I have NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO idea :lmao:
That's okay, I knew this one would be a tough one!

I know! The times are so awesome. I am so very pleased with how everything turned out!

:lmao: I will finish the TR before the fall trip, I promise.

Good ADRS! Some of my fave places...

I'm really excited about where we are going. A nice balance of new and old.

Great ADR list!

And nice on the shorter trip :)

I don't have a clue.....
Nothing is concrete on the Fall trip yet. I hope I can go but who knows what will happen between now and then. :rotfl:

The picture? Is it COP?
I've only been to LTT for dinner. I just love the atmosphere there, I love anything colonial. I want to try what they have. It all sounds very yummy.

Nope, not COP.

Yeay for having ADRs!!! Tasty places you have there, LL! :goodvibes

I am stumped on the picture as well -- somewhere on Main Street?
I think they are quite tasty!! Nope, not on Main Street.

Nice ADRs LL....:woohoo:

Congrats....
I was waiting for someone to point that out. I think Marc is excited, he's dreaming of his next electronic. :lmao: Version 5.0 is still a work in progress. It's not officially finished yet. :rotfl:

Oh, I think I have got it! Is it Chefs de France?
Nope. Good guesses though!

Great ADR's LL!! I'm glad everything worked out so well! Except for LTT! I'm bummed that CP won't be open in Jan, I know my nieces would have enjoyed a little Pooh and Friends time!

I bet your neices would have loved CP, are you going to do Chef Mickey's instead? I can't remember.

Well just to be even more vague and not tip her hand too soon to our fellow readers LOL :rotfl: I have thought about quite intensely between doses of Excedrine Migraine LOL and I would love to fit it in and I think if we could find the answers to our questions we might have a place to fit it in!!

So I'm going to ask our fellow readers...at what time do you return from the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Cruise for those of you who have been on it?????? The answer to this would be a great service to both Leslie and I LOL!!!

Yes, please answer this question for us. You may be rewarded with an ADR change. ;)

LL & Jen - great ADR's and times. Bummer about LTT though. I have to say that after my Sept trip I am totally hooked on LTT for lunch. My sandwich was amazing, so this will definately be an OOP lunch on my next trip because I think Denny and I could easily share there and still walk away full!

OMG - I just posted some AA pictures and they don't look nearly as good as yours. I am SO getting a new camera for May. It is an absolute necessity!

Mom and I went to Jiko on our trip.:cloud9: I can't remember what appy I had but I can remember dessert....:love: lavendar ice cream. Sooooo yummy, I'm trying to talk DD into choosing this as one of our ADRs for her graduation trip.:rolleyes1

I'm here, I'm here! 52 pages already, wow!!! I need to catch up on your PTR, now that I've finished your last lovely trip report! :surfweb:

I love reading about all your warm fuzzies. I think my warm fuzzy is the feeling of the TTA pulling around that first curve :cloud9: I just find that ride so relaxing.

Your pictures of your trip to Concord are lovely. I want to visit a Mobile Tea Room! I'm jealous that Marc will go on trips like that with you, Jack hates leaving the couch. I've been trying to get him to drive with me to a museum that's literally 20 minutes from our house for weeks

ME TOO! ::yes:: Just knowing you have a trip coming up is so comforting.
And you have definitely convinced me to try a cream cheese pretzel next time!

If you are going to Jiko for apps and desserts I had them too along with my entree!!!:rotfl: I had the olive and goat cheese (and other cheeses) flatbread. Sooooo good but you really have to like black olives (I do!!) My niece had the mussels and they were really good too....I never order them because we have mussels in our lake and I know they aren't the same thing but they sure look like it! They were really good though and I ate quite a few. ;)
For dessert I had the pistachio creme brulee and that was amazing, niece had the chocolate cheesecake (which wasn't a cheesecake but a very dense chocolate dream) with lavender ice cream. YUM!! :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Tracy
