Talked to LL this afternoon and she was doing very well!! She had already been up for awhile and was sitting in her chair! Marc and I were taking bets on how long before she got home and got on the DIS LOL I hope I win LOL!!!! She is in very good spirits!! She seems to be a bit hesitant about her dietary changes, but she is also very excited for the changes that are coming in her life!!! She sends her love to all of you!!!

I'm just going to go with 'just about as soon as she walks in the door' on that one!

Continue to give her our very best wishes!

I'm home!!!

Yayayaya!

I'll have you all know that I took a shower BEFORE I signed onto the DIS. I'm waiting for Marc to get back from the pharmacy with my pain meds and then I am going to take a nap.

I'm doing very well. I'm just sore, an achy type of pain. It's hard for me to twist or bend down.

I was ready to come home last night. But I was able to walk around last night and all the doctors were happy to see me with so much color this morning.

Thanks everyone for all of your well wishes! I had to channel my Disney Warm Fuzzies a couple of times yesterday before surgery. I was so nervous!

LL! It's SO good to hear from you!!! So glad to hear you're doing so well, you sound great!! Be a good girl, take that pain med and rest!! You'll be back in no time!! Do they say how long the recovery typically is? Not sure if a c-section compares at all but I was usually doing pretty good a week out, but still taking something for pain, so hopefully it's about the same for you? Take it easy and keep us posted!!!! Best wishes!!

Wow LL-have you even been out of surgery for 24 hours? Now you are one dedicated Diser...

I'm glad you are doing well and don't be hard on yourself-you just had surgery and your body needs to recover-it takes a bit...

I'd been more worried about you if you weren't a little nervous before going into surgery-I think that's a totally natural instinct and luckily you had those warm fuzzies to channel...

I'll have you know that I looked at the light fixtures at DW in a whole different way during my trip... in fact I even found myself taking a couple of photos of them...-when Eric saw me doing it and looked perplexed Emily just told him "Oh I'll bet that's for the Dis people..."
