Disney Gift Cards

Not sure if this is the right board, but could someone please let me know if there is any avenue through which we can use Disney gift cards to pay for park tickets? (Besides going through official Disney site?) The reason is - I can get a better deal buying through a site like Underground Tourist, but then I wouldn't get to use all the gift cards I have saved up. Help?

Can you just use the gift cards to pay for your food? Otherwise the only way to use the gift cards is directly through Disney or an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner.
