Disney gift cards at Vero Beach?

Hello,
I have many Disney gift cards which I received from DMR. I'm traveling to VB soon and wonder if I can use these gift cards on site for souvenirs or at the restaurants?

should be able to. i didnt have any problems using my gift cards at Hilton Head. cant see why VB would be any different.

We used Disney gift cards at the bar, the pool and Shutters this past October.
