Disney gift card issue

I've been saving any gift cards I get for a long time. I just set them aside when I get them and I'm finally ready to use them. I went through each one to verify they were active and one was not. It's $25, I have no clue where it came from, who gave it to me, or when. I'm sure I'm just out of luck, but thought I would ask to verify.

Any suggestions?

Without a receipt, there's not much you can do. If you had a receipt, your first step would be to deal with the store where the GC was purchased. The Disney Gift Card Hotline might be some help but don't count on it. If they activated every GC that someone called about, it would open them up to fraudulent claims by people who snag unactivated GCs off of the shelves and then claim that they had paid for them.

Sorry this happened. After so many people posted about Target sending Disney GCs that had not been activated, I've made it a point to check all of mine shortly after I get them. Which reminds me...I got one from Disneystore yesterday. Time to check it.
