I just thought I would share this with Disney fans who shop at Meijer. We are planning a Disneyland trip in December, so we may buy some. Planning on using my Disney Visa so get more rewards to spend on the trip.

Thanks for the info, will check it out. I purchase Disney Gift Cards for my souvie money all the time, and we now have a Meijer close to home, so saving money by purchasing a gift card is worth it.

I have done those kinds of things before, I am usually able to turn right around and spend the saved money coupon right then. Just purchase the Gift card, look at the dates, if not exclusionary for that date, then I turn around and do my regular shopping right then, buying enought to satisfy the coupon.

I did this when we bought our new grill from Wally World, got a $50 walmart gift card for the grill purchase. Then I turned around and bought the items I was planning to purchase other than the grill and used the walmart gift card for those purchases.

ANOTHER savings at Walmart I just did is if I bought a 2pk of printer ink, Mine was HP brand, I got a $10 walmart gift card. Was planning on saving it, but a day later my hubbies trac phone died, used the walmart gift card when I purchased the phone. (we do not use cell phone much, so it saves us another monthly bill.

I do not think I had any Disney stuff in my cart. I think the coupons print out based on old purchases also. Every time I use my Meijer Credit card, I seem to get a coupon for hair color. I laugh every time that Meijer is trying to tell me it is time to color my hair.

I think we just have to buy the gift card. When I buy one next week, I let everyone know when it works. I am not planning on shopping this weekend, but I should shop sometime next week.

I am super excited about this. I was going to buy my gift cards in $100 increments but for $5 off groceries for each one, I will gladly, gladly, gladly buy them in $25 increments. The $5 off groceries will more than cover the snacks and groceries I want to bring on the trip!

Yes, I did. I was grocery shopping without the kids and that happens about twice a year so I actually bought a few christmas presents--the Toy Story Barbie and the Buzz Lightyear Mr. Potato Head. But it wasn't a coupon that you have to hand in with your gift card it was just information. You don't need the offer to get the deal.

Is there a limit on using the OYNO catalinas for next purchase ? For example, if I buy 10 $25 gift cards, I should get 10 $5 OYNO..can I use up all 10 catalinas in one transaction ?

It says limit one per transaction. I was planning on buying just one card each trip to Meijer. Don't we all seem to be at Meijer everyday.

I guess I did not read your question correctly. I am not sure how many coupons you can use in one shopping trip. I was just afraid of buying more that one card on one trip. I did not think about spending the coupons. I'll just have to make lots of trips to Meijer to spend them. I am only planning on only buying a few cards.

We had the same deal at Kroger in May. We purchased a 3-pack of $15 Disney gift cards ($45) and received a receipt for $5 off a Kroger purchase. We were able to go through the line again and purchase another set of gift cards and use the $5 off for that set. My husband and I each did that a few times that week.

I do wish I had known about the Kroger deal. I get a Disney gift card from them at least once a month in addtion to ones I get for actual gifting, these extras I put back for my souvie money.

Anyone know if you can use a single card and keep putting $25 on it? I'm thinking the store won't have enough Disney Gift cards to go around.
