Disney gift card app

Last year there was an app where you could enter your Disney gift card numbers and it would let you view your activity and balances in real time. I can't find that app again. Is there a new one out there somewhere?

Not an app, but there is www.disneygiftcard.com that you can use. I haven't tried it yet, but I have the bookmark on the screen of my phone. I'll be trying it out later this week.

I have been using that website PP mentioned and you can log on and view your current balance and recent purchases. You can also combine all your Disney GCs into one card, up to $1000.
