Disney GC from Merchandise return to be used online

I have a Disney Merchandise credit gift card that I got from returning some stuff to the Disney Outlet. I wanted to know if I can use that GC online to take advantage of some of the 25% off sale items for my trip this winter.

Do I have to call in to use it? I never see anything in the stores that I want but want to get some stuff for my trip in December.

You can use it online very easily. Enter the merchandise credit as a Disney Gift Card at checkout. You will have to enter a credit card number as well even if your purchase amount is for less than the amount of your order. Your credit card will only be charged if your gift card doesn't cover the whole balance.
