Disney Frozen Autograph Collage

I was given a gift yesterday and I'd like to know if anyone else knows about these, and if they are authentic signatures.

Doing a little research, I came up on this website for the Optimal Fundraising Group and while they do not have a Frozen piece listed, the others are very similar.

If you have any information about this piece, or any insight, please let me know.

Too small to tell, but it might be laser signatures onto the little metal pieces.
