hey everyone,

So I told my girlfriend that me and another couple would be going back to Disney in January for 3 nights...my boss just told me she needs me one of the days and that would cut the vacation off to 2 nights. I am actually a travel agent and can have a free hotel and free Disney tickets. I would just pay for air and spending money. Do you think it is worth it for 2 nights?
I would do MGM one day and then split up Epcot and Magic Kingdom the next day

Depends on during what time of January that you're going. From what I understand, the parks are ridiculously crowded at the beginning of the month, but almost non-existent towards the end.

When I went last year, we stayed for 4 days, 3 nights, arrived late the first day, and still managed to see just about everything we wanted to. If you're going for two days, I'd use the first day for MGM like you said, stay for Fantasmic, then hop over to Magic Kingdom (which is usually open about 2 hours later than MGM.) This will give you some more time in MK. The second night you're going to have to choose between all the stuff that goes on in the MK at night and Epcot's Illuminations.

As long as you can get reasonable airfare, I don't see a reason to cancel the trip.

Also, you may want to drop by AK just to hit EE one time.

I'd do it. 2 days is better than no days! Especially with a free hotel room! :goodvibes

But I think maybe I'd do MGM and Epcot the 1st day, you could do MGM in the morning and then easily get over to Epcot. Save a whole day for MK.

I would do it! We have never encountered large crowds in the first few weeks of January. In fact, January 1st at MK is almost empty! Have fun!

Yup!

I would probably save the full day for Epcot or Magic Kingdom and split the other day with MGM, but to each his own!

Have fun! :)

I think you should.

If I were doing it, I'd do one day in MK and split the other in Epcot and AK, though. I'm not too big on MGM.
