Disney Floral and Gifts room delivery

I'm looking for any feed back on this service.

And a couple of specific questions, if anyone knows:

Can your delivery be in your room when you check in? (well, actually, we will check in at 7AM and go to the parks until our room is ready.)

How much time do they need to get your order ready? -I just thought of doing this, and our check in is this Thursday.

It can usually be delivered so you have it at check in. If you want the order for this Thursday, you will need to order today/early tomorrow as they need 48 hours.

We had an in room celebration in 2013. It was set up in our room prior to our arrival.

In Room Celebrations will be set up prior to arrival. Other items such as flowers, gifts, cookies and milk, may arrive later.

Ours was delivered after but that's because we checked into our room early. Our GC hotel room was ready around 12 so we got to check in then. It was super cool because we went to the pool and came back with it on the dresser. The kids were totally stoked!

I'm really getting antsy to see this years Christmas stuff from DFG. I really want a small Christmas Tree this year for our trip. We have done it before and it was a real treat, but it seems really late in the year to not have anything on the website yet.

I wouldn't expect to see it on the website for another 10 days to 2 weeks at least.

my experience was when we checked in last year on Easter Sunday. Our room was ready at 11:00 but the gifts were not in the room yet. When I asked about them was told they would be delivered later in the afternoon. 4 or 5.

I agree but the last time I did this, granted it was 4 years ago, I had made the order with DFG well before Halloween. It seems that Disneyland for what ever reason is releasing things later and later on the calendar every year. On the WDW sight for DFG they have had Christmas stuff for months now.

I've been checking too. I wish they could get it uploaded. Last time we loved our in room celebration. It came with a ton of items and we absolutely loved it. Plus I'm not a shopper, so it was wonderful to have everything delivered to us and wrapped so nicely. It made our whole stay even more magical. We use many of the items every year for Christmas (door banner, advent calendar, milk and cookies tray). Plus my little kids were ecstatic that Mickey had come to our room and delivered presents.

We have actually taken our banner and other goodies from past year Celebrations with us year after year, but this year I am thinking about getting the celebration again. We are taking our cousins and our goddaughter this year, and I thought they would love it, and then they could have their own banner and swag for home as a keepsake!

I plan to bring our door banner along this time! It is such an awesome keepsake.
