I am just so excited, I have to share with my budget minded Disney loving friends!

Today at Goodwill I found 3 Disney World items. I found a t-shirt for DD8 that is brand new (still is sort of still and smells new.) It is so cute, front and back design with just about every character. It was $2. She is the baby of all girls so she often gets her sisters' hand me downs, and that is OK, but this is on y hers, and she loves it. Two Bucks!!!

I got 2 frames. One is all Disney Dogs. Lady, Pongo, and my DD's favorite Pluto are among about a dozen. It is good size, a little dusty but soooo cute. I have a photo of DD11 teething on Pluto's tongue that I am going to put in it. The other frame id the 2010 frame, untouched! I buy one of these frames every trip and put our family photo from that trip in it. I have them all right here in the family room. Now I have my frame and both together were under $5!

I was so excited. I love when a good fine is soemthing you truly want!

Yeah! I love our goodwill, and the thrift store we set up to help cover our women's shelter.

I recently found DS a new DL 50th anniversary shirt at Goodwill. DH and I were there for the celebrations. DS was still "behind the moon" as my grandma says, but I had to buy it...it brought back so many fun memories! :goodvibes

Nice! I love when I find Disney World items at thrift stores. I found a magic kingdom ash tray from when the park first opened for $1 at goodwill once. It was in perfectly new condition! I use it for my jewelry.

I am so jealous about your 2010 frame!! Congrats!!!

Does anyone else remember the poster some time back that found an entire pin collection at Goodwill for $50? I think of that person from time to time and am sure that's the deal of the century.

I went to our fancy new Goodwill store once and was very disappointed. They had a lot of things that looked like they were cleared off of a retail store and sent to Good will, but the prices weren't much different than what you might find at the retail store! The furniture and such was over-priced IMO for a "thrift" store, also.

To the OP, though...great finds! :thumbsup2

Congrats! Don't you just love it when that happens?! :cool1:

Everytime I go to Goodwill I'm always looking in the pins area to see if there are any disney pins in there since the poster had posted about their find of all those..OP glad to hear you found some good deals!

disney pins in the goodwill ???? get outta town, i would have never thunk it

I didn't read about the pins. That is awesome, but I can't help but wonder if they got into the donate bag on accident. If so I feel so bad for that family! Can you imagine? Great find for that person though!

I was happy with my frames and t-shirt. I can't help but wonder why the 2010 frame would be in there, or a new t-shirt. I overthink every purchase I make down there cause it is all so expensive. I make sure I really want everything before buying. To only be in August and already not want the item you obviously bought this year makes me :confused3 , but I'll take it!

I found two plush fanny pouches for .50 each at a garage sale today. They are a plush Mickey and Minnie dressed for Animal Kingdom and a safari. I thought they were cute, and for a buck for the pair, I went for it.

AARRRRGGGHHHHHHHH!!! Are these the larger size - maybe around 20" long? I looked for the stuffed safari Mickey ALL OVER WDW on our vacation in June. They had a smaller size, but not the larger size. Evidently they were discontinued. Congrats on a good find!

wish there was goodwill by me but only salvation army, which always seems picked over.

They probably were a gift that wasn't wanted/needed, so the recipient donated them.

Didn't think about that, you are probably right. If I had not been down to or was planning to go to Disney in 2010 I wouldn't want a frame that said it either.
