Disney figures glued to a piece of paper? What am I talking about?

I remember when I was a kid going to disney and I collected a bunch of breakable (porcelain??) figures. They were small, perhaps an inch tall (can't remember that clearly) and they came with their feet or bottom glued to a little piece of paper.

They're probably packaged different now if they still exist. I'm wondering are these still available? If so, where in the park could I find them?
