Disney Fantasy Cruise Ship Model

I have been searching and searching for a model ship for my daughter who has this on her wish list. We cruised the Fantasy 2 years ago but she forgot to buy the collectible while on the ship. I cannot find this anywhere now. If anyone has one or will be cruising the Fantasy in the future please contact me. I really would love to buy one of these for her and surprise her she is 10. Ebay has them, but they are quite expensive. Not sure what the price was on the ship.

Ebay has them, but they are quite expensive. Not sure what the price was on the ship.

If you're looking at the ebay models, don't use 'buy it now'. Then they're really expensive. Search for "disney ship handcrafted" and then look at the completed/sold auctions. Looks like the 40" models can be had for less than $200.

We purchased one and it's a really nice display piece.

There's 2 differnt versions I know of. 1 is the one sold on the ships that's like 40.00 of I remember correctly. The other is one that is made by hand which are the ones on ebay for 200 or so and are not Disneys. There someone else making them under there name. Occasionally the ones on the ship the 40 dollar version are on the Disney store site. I haven't seen them recently but it may pay to call and ask.
