I posted this on the TPAS Board, but then realized that there are probably more DISers on this board that would be interested in it.
The majority of DISers seem to be parents of children from infants up through the teens. I have seen A LOT of threads asking, "What's the best resort for my child(ren)?", "What can my child(ren) do?", and "What would my child(ren) like?". Well, only the parent would really know what their own child would like, but I found something that might help.
While exploring the 'net today, I came across this Disney website called, Disney Family Travel http://family.go.com/travel/vacatio...d-vacation-for-teens-282151/?non-default=true. The website is full of suggestions, by age group, of things to do, places to stay, and places to eat. There are even suggested itineraries. And it is not restricted to WDW http://family.go.com/travel/.
As I said, this is a Disney website, so I suppose their travel planners have contributed to it. I don't recall seeing this website mentioned here before, but since my sons are both adults now, if it had been mentioned it was probably in a thread I would likely have passed over (no grandchildren yet, darn it).
Anyway, I thought this might be helpful for trip planning and general information for those of you traveling to WDW and beyond with children in their teens and younger.
