Does anyone know if we will be able to use this luggage transfer service if we have not booked the whole package with DLRP direct?

I booked hotel and park tickets direct with Disney and Eurostar tickets direct with Eurostar. I think I read somewhere that there is a Disney Express office at Waterloo. Could we arrange the luggage transfer with them, and any idea of the cost.

Also will we get our park tickets, hotel check-in option on the train or not? :confused3

I have read previous threads about the Disney Express service and it sounds great.

Any advice welcome, thanks.

I've never booked through DLRP and I've had it every time - you drop your bags off at the station in DLRP, your tickets will have been given to you on the train, and then it's straight off to the parks.

I'm never sure what use the Waterloo Disney Express 'Office' (it was a little wooden podium the last time we were there) becuase we got our Disney Express Luggage Tags given to us on the Eurostar.

Oh that's great, thanks for the reassurance. I just didn't want to expect to use it when it wasn't available to us.
Hopefully that means more time in the parks and we'll go and check in whenever we/kids need a rest. (It's going to be an early start to get a train in time to get to Waterloo by 8.30am latest, will try to aim for 8am, but don't know local train times yet!)

Michelle, unfortunately the Disney Express Luggage service is only available if you have booked the Eurostar as part of your package, either with Disney themselves or with another tour operator. :sad2:

We always book our hotel and Eurostar transport independently and although I have offered to pay for the service I have always been told it is a perk of a package and not available to customers who purchase their train tickets separately. I have read on another board of someone who purchased Express Luggage service tags from their hotel for their return journey, perhaps you could enquire about this when you are there?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if you manage to arrange it please let us know on here. As I kept saying to Eurostar there must be quite a few customers who arrange their travel themselves and would like to use the service but unfortunately it fell on deaf ears. :confused3

As regards your park tickets, I believe they will be waiting at your hotel for when you check in. :)

OK, thanks for the clarification. If we have time to spare at Waterloo, I will ask at the Disney Express office to see if they'll let me buy the 'perk'.

If not, no worries, we'll go to the hotel and collect park tickets, leave luggage etc. If we're needing lunch, might leave luggage at station, have lunch in Disney Village, then catch bus round to Sequoia Lodge. By that time we might be able to check in. Then we'll go and see the Parade! :cheer2:

Anyone know if main Disney Parade will be at 3 or 4pm?
