Hi, sorry to be a bother, can someone remind me what you have to do to be entitled for disney express service where they take your bags to hotel for you from the eurostar please?
Thank you!

Am I right in thinking you've booked your transport yourself but your package with Disney? If so, you can phone and have it added to your booking. See this thread here which is in The Very Useful Info sticky. :)

thanks for that elaine,
i think i'll leave it after all though, we'll probably be more comfortable settling into our room first.
can't wait!:goodvibes

I prefer to do that too ~ and you could always purchase the Express service for your return journey at your hotel.

Hi Guys

we have booked hotel (inc tickets ) direct with DLP via website. and eurostar seperately (this is because we wanted to book DLP before end of October to get free place for dd and early bird discount for April - Eurostar hadn't released April dates in Oct)
So I don't think we have the express service - although we are happy to brave the bus to Cheyenne from the station, we may be interested in the express service to return our luggage to the station for the return journey.
So could someone explain it to me simly and tell me the cost

Thanks
S

Hi!
The link above has lots more info.
Because you've booked with DLP direct you could ring them and add disney express for both your journeys to your existing booking, or you could book just the return journey at the hotel while you are there (see post 29 in the link for a pic of the sign in the hotel).

But disney express for just the return journey means you leave all your cases at the left luggage in your hotel, you'll get one slip for each case. They will then take the cases to the station for you and you go to the luggage part of the station with your slip to pick them up in time for your train. Very easy to use as long as your train times are right. If you're on the disney direct eurostar its a huge advantage as it takes a lot of the stress out and you don't have to go from the park back to the hotel for luggage and then back to the station.

another option is to leave your luggage in the station in big lockers which i think costs 7 euros for 24 hours its very secure and then you can leave your luggage go into the park then pick up your bags when its time to go and check into your hotel. this can also be done when leaving coz you store your bags in the morning go into the pakr then get them out again when its time to check in.

Thats a good idea, didnt know they have lockers there, 7 Euros seems very reasonable.
We have booked the Disney Express now, but will definately consider using the lockers next time. :)
