Disney Every Day - Update 10/21 – 1, 2, 3! We’re Leaving for Orlando Tomorrow!

Ok, Miss Erin........I've been waiting all day to see if you got free dining for your trip. Would you PLEASE update me!!!! I'll update you on MY news if you update me on YOURS. ;)

I am so excited about your news!!! You’re so lucky that you were able to get through yesterday! I can’t wait to hear all about your plans :goodvibes

OMG you guys! I just booked our flights! :yay: I have been checking Southwest flying out of BWI for the past few weeks, but the fares haven’t dropped yet. Also, Southwest isn’t booking for November yet, so I was just looking for one-way flights. Well, on Facebook today, I saw that Frontier Airlines is coming to Dulles Airport and they are celebrating by having a sale today only for $15 for one way flights. I clicked on the article, not expecting to see MCO there, but it was!!! :cheer2: Dulles is WAY closer than Baltimore, anyway, and the parking fees are the same, so it was a win-win! But then I checked the fares for October 24th and they were not $15! Ugh! I checked the surrounding dates and Wednesday, October 22nd was $15!!! But, we’re not supposed to be in Orlando until that Friday! What do I do? Extend our vacation, of course! :rotfl:

I ended up getting one way tickets for the three of us for a total of $54! The extra $9 came from the seats I chose, but that $54 included taxes and fees and everything! The only thing is that they even charge for carry-on luggage! Um…what??? Each person can have a personal item, so I think if we each carry a bookbag, we’ll be OK. I’ll just have to ship our clothes and toiletries to the hotel :thumbsup2

So, I thought I would check to see if Southwest was booking flights in November yet. Nope. I went back to Frontier and saw that the return flights were lower than the fares I typically saw from Southwest out of Dulles, so I booked those too! :yay: I got three tickets for $89 each, plus the $3 to pick our seats, so a total of $276 for those flights! :cool1:

Hmm… I guess that means we’ll be shipping our stuff back home, too :lmao: At least we won’t be stuck at baggage claim ;)

Get ready for some fuzzy Disney math! Since I saved so much on flights, I feel comfortable adding those two days to our vacation. I think it just about evens out to the same amount as two days in a value resort. In fact, I’m going to see how much it will be to do two days in a Universal Orlando hotel! I know! It is sacrilege to go to UO before WDW, but I really want to go to UO and I know the kids do, too. I’m not looking into it right now because I feel like I have spent enough money today :rolleyes1 and I am on a shopping/vacation planning high! :lmao: So I will try not to think about this until I get home and I will hopefully resist the urge to book anything else today! :rotfl: I have to redo my vacation budget! It’s great to have the flights already taken care of, though! :cheer2:

I come back and you've got cheap flights and free dining and extra days and a side trip to Universal??!!? I am so happy for you! It couldn't have happened to a nicer mom and kids.

Guys, I am so annoyed with myself! I was finally about to post my next two installments right after I added the pictures to my post. Well, scatterbrained me forgot that I didn’t upload the pictures to Flickr when I wrote the posts! Ugh! :headache: So I am going to have to upload them when I get home  In the meantime, I am going to try to catch up on your PTRs and TRs. I think I will have a slow day today at work (I hope I didn’t just jinx myself! ) because I don’t have any meetings. Thanks for hanging in there with me!

I'm so excited (and jealous) for you Erin!!!!!!! I LOVE MNSSHP!!! and free dining!!!!! and Pop!!!!! and AoA!!!!!! :woohoo:

I can’t wait to go to MNSSHP! :yay: I’m also really excited about AoA!

YAY for booking flights!!!! Yahoo!!!!! :cool1:

I’m so glad I was able to take care of that part already! Now I just have to work out shipping our stuff to the resort!

Ohmygosh Erin!!!! That is amazing!!!!

I could barely believe what a fantastic deal I got with Frontier! :cool1:

Thanks, Alysa! I am so happy about this trip!

Finally, it was THE DAY! Playlist Live day! Once again, True and I got up earlier than Coy so that we could get ready. I spent an hour flat ironing True’s hair. It looked so pretty! I wish I had taken a picture of her that morning because she looked beautiful in her dress and with her hairdo! That hair didn’t last for 30 minutes in the Florida humidity, though! This is basically what it looked like, but I took this picture at my Mom’s house where there is no humidity! :rotfl:

She still looked beautiful, but she was disappointed with her hair. She wanted to look perfect for Joey Graceffa! But she still liked that her hair was down and flowing princess: We got Coy up and he got ready very quickly. We were hungry, so we headed to the food court at Pop and got three turkey sandwiches and some chips to eat in the car. Once again, it was so weird to have to pay for food at Disney! I missed having a dining plan!

We had plenty of time to eat because we got stuck in horrible traffic by the Caribe Royal! What should have been a quick drive took us over 40 minutes! It was at that moment that I decided we were staying at the convention hotel for the 2015 Playlist Live! It was such a headache! When we finally got up to the hotel, I made the mistake of pulling my car in the line that was for people who were dropping the attendees off! Ugh! So I went to the lane that was for parking, but of course, all of the parking was gone by that point. The parking attendant directed me to go around the corner to park in a satellite parking lot. Well, the satellite parking lot was basically a sand pit behind the hotel! I had to pay $20 for the luxury of traipsing through the sand to get to our destination! Once again, I promised myself that we were staying at the convention hotel the next year!

When we got into the hotel, we registered for the convention and got our swag: Our name badges and our Playlist Live bags that held event pamphlets, a few stickers and a mini book from Johnny Cupcake. My badge had a little sofa on it that indicated that I had access to the Parent’s Lounge. The kids and I were off to meet the YouTube famous, but first, let me give you my impression of the event itself. It was really crowded. It was kind of how I pictured something like ComicCon would be! Except it had to have been 70% screaming girls! OK, maybe only 60% screaming girls and 10% girls who acted like they had some sense, and 30% boys (who also acted like they had some sense ;) ) OMG the screaming girls! The kids and I had about enough of that within an hour of being there! But the kids had fun because they were really getting a kick out of meeting people that they watched on YouTube. It was just so strange to me that these girls were freaking out every time they thought they saw someone famous. I mean, they are YOUTUBE famous. Not like REALLY famous! :lmao: Not to take anything away from what the YouTubers do – because it takes talent and not everyone can do it – but they are not Elvis! Come on! :rotfl: You couldn’t tell these girls that, though! Coy thought it would be funny to yell at the top of his lungs, “Oh my god! It’s Joey Graceffa!” but I asked him not to do that! :rotfl2: I didn’t want him to start a stampede! Trust me, it would have happened! Those girls were totally out of control! I would say the age range was 12 years old to about 21 years old, but mostly in the 15 to 18 range. True didn’t feel out of place because she looks older than her age and she is pretty mature, but I definitely wouldn’t have let her go with just Coy. I was glad I got the Parent’s Pass. Sometimes, because True looks and acts older than she is, I forget momentarily that she is still a little girl. The opposite is true with Coy. He is my first baby and I still see him as a little boy. But he was almost 15 at the time and I kind of forgot that he could have gone off on his own if he wanted to. I think he only went off by himself a few times to look at something, but he’s a responsible young man, so I forced myself not to worry too much  Anyway, he was taller than most people there, so it was easy to spot him in a crowd when he did walk off.

Speaking of which, this was the first time that I noticed girls looking at my son! He’s about 5’10 now and he’s a good looking guy, so I constantly saw girls eyeing him up and down! I have to admit that my first reaction was to think, “I can’t believe these girls are looking at my son like that!” but then I stopped being Overprotective Mom and realized that it was actually really cute! My son is growing up and girls think he is a hottie!

OK, back to my impression of Playlist Live. I liked that they had a lot of panels and I liked that they had a lot of vendors. The kids were able to learn a lot about what it takes to be successful with YouTube. Coy has a channel where he posts gameplay videos, so he is interested in promoting that because he still wants to be a game tester – whatever the heck that is! Just kidding – I know what a game tester is, but I think he would be more successful at game design. That is neither here nor there because it is up to him what he does and I am sure he will be successful no matter what it is. True wants to start a crafting channel on YouTube. Or fashion. Or hair. Or cooking. It changes every day! So, the kids got a lot out of Playlist Live. What I didn’t like was the outrageous amounts they were charging for food and drinks! The kids and I stopped for some drinks and they were $2.50 each! So we spent $7.50 for three Power Ades! Well, after that, the Parent’s Pass came in handy because I kept going in there to grab soda, water, and oatmeal cookies! I wasn’t paying $2.50 for a drink again! Where did they think they were? Disney World? :lmao:

On to the pictures! The kids met a lot of people! I had to get them to tell me the names of most of these people. The first one was Glozelle. We brought her book, so we were able to cut in line to get the kids’ picture taken with her and to ask her to sign her book:

She called Coy her boyfriend and Coy thought that was hilarious! She told True that she had a nice weave! :rotfl: I didn’t hear the comment, so True laughed as she said to me, “She thought I had a weave!” I told True that she was just kidding around, so then she thought it was even funnier! I guess True thought she was serious because of how her hair puffed out after I flat ironed it! Oh, the humidity!

Then the kids met Lucas Cruikshank and Jenny Veal. They both signed the kids’ autograph books:

We walked out of the exhibition hall and True ran off yelling, “Bart Baker! Bart Baker!” She got his attention, and he stopped for a picture with the kids and gave them his autographs:

Actually, everyone gave their autographs, so I will stop mentioning that part  The kids saw Steve Green next, and I wished I had gotten a better picture of him because the kids really like him!

Funny story – I was holding Coy’s Coke Zero in my hand and Steve asked, almost desperately, “Where did you get that? I can’t find Coke Zero anywhere!” I said that I got it from the Parent’s Lounge and that I was pretty sure he could walk right in there and pick one up. No one was even checking badges, so people were going in and out all day. Then I pointed him in the direction of the lounge, and he said he would try to sneak in. I had a thought for a split second that I should give him the Coke Zero! Coy had another two or three in the bag, and the Coke wasn’t opened, AND he was one of my kids’ favorite YouTubers! But then I thought it would be very strange for me to say, “Here! Have this one!” :rotfl: I told the kids what I was thinking later and they agreed that it would have been pretty psycho for me to offer him the Coke Zero! LMAO I can’t help it! I am a generous person!

I’m going to have to continue this in another post, but before I do, I will have to skip ahead in the day and put in a few pictures of Tyler Oakley! Karen said that Savannah wanted me to take lot of pictures of Tyler Oakley. LOTS! Well, I tried. We never got to meet him, but toward the end of Saturday, we heard that he was going to do an interview for Hollywire. We got there much after a large group of (screaming) girls did, so we were all the way in the back. The kids and I couldn’t see him (much less hear him) so I held my phone up and just blindly snapped pictures. That was the only way that the kids were able to see him! Oh well. They weren’t too disappointed because at least they got a glimpse of him and I got a few pictures:

The kids met quite a few YouTubers that day. True was very excited to meet Brittani Louise Taylor:

She was pretty tall anyway, but she had on heels that made her over 6 feet! Go, girl! I love when tall girls aren’t afraid to rock the heels! We have to embrace our height!

Coy was happy to meet Lisa Marie Johnson:

I sent his dad a text of that pic and said, “Coy has a new girlfriend” :rotfl: See? I can be nice to my ex-husband sometimes! But only sometimes! :lmao: Finally, there was someone there that I was excited to meet:

That is Jon Cozart and he is the musician that you may have seen on YouTube with this masterpiece:

After Ever After – DISNEY Parody

Did you click on it? No? Click on it! Trust me! It is amazing! After I saw that, I pinned it to my Disney board on Pinterest and I proceeded to go down the rabbit hole with his videos! He is so incredibly talented and I was so happy when the kids pointed him out to me in a crowd! I wouldn’t have recognized him otherwise, so I was glad my kids did! The kids got his autograph, but I was the one who asked that time if the kids could get a picture with him. Really, I wanted a picture with him, but I didn’t want to look like a weirdo! :lmao: Looking back, I shouldn’t have been concerned about anyone thinking it was strange for me to get my picture taken with him, because I truly do enjoy his music and I think he is so funny! If you have the time, look at some of his other videos. They are worth it! Wow, now I sound like a screaming fangirl! As I was taking his picture with the kids, I did tell him that the kids and I really enjoyed his music and we thought he was really talented :goodvibes

Then we walked around some more and Coy met Stuart Edge, who he thinks is hilarious!

Kinda cool that Stuart Edge is taking a selfie with Coy! Then True met MattG:

It was around that time that the kids decided they had had enough for the day. I would say it was around 3 or 4pm, so we had been there for a few hours. They felt like they accomplished a lot for that day, so they wanted to do other things for the rest of the evening. Did True get me to go to the pool that night? Did we do anything fun? I won’t keep you in suspense: Yes and Yes! But I’ll tell you all about it in the next installment!

I just looked at the calendar to figure out when I could make my FastPass selections, and I realized that we are 99 days from our trip! Double digits!!! :cheer2: :yay: :cool1:

Looks like people aren’t too interested in my Playlist Live stuff :lmao: so I will give you a quick update on the plans I have made for the trip. Well, not so much plans, but ADRs. That is all I have had time to plan out! We’ll be at UO (at a yet-to-be-determined resort) for October 22 and 23, and we’ll be checking into Art of Animation on October 24 with a room-only reservation. So I don’t have any official plans for meals until MNSSHP on October 24.

Before MNSSHP, we will have an early dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern. I am looking forward to the turkey dinner with all of the trimmings! The next morning, on Saturday the 25th, we are having breakfast with Lilo and Stitch at Ohana! That evening, we are having dinner at Whispering Canyon Café! I can’t wait to see all of the antics they pull! Those are the only three table service meals that we will have to pay out of pocket, because we are checking into Pop the next day! Why am I saying “we” will pay out of pocket? The kids aren’t going to pay! All they do is TAKE money from me!

So, on Sunday, we have a before park opening ADR at Crystal Palace :thumbsup2 Monday, we have a late breakfast at Tusker House because I want to attempt doing rope drop for once at this park! Here’s a picture from our 2008 trip:

Look at how little my babies were! I can’t wait to go back to Tusker House. It is one of our favorite breakfast buffets in WDW. And we get to see Daisy! She is one of my favorite characters, but she doesn’t have a lot of merchandise. At least, not in the Disney Stores by where we live. So I hope to get some Daisy swag when we go to The World. Back to the ADRs – We have Garden Grill on Wednesday. Another of our absolute favorites!

Oh my goodness, my kids are always making silly faces! That was another picture from 2008. I am loving Throwback Tuesday! :lmao: I know there is no such thing as Throwback Tuesday, but I think it should be a thing since there is actually “Throwback Thursday”! :rotfl: Anyway, I know it is late in the day because I am saying weird things… Don’t mind my fried brain… Moving on… We have lunch on Thursday at Sci Fi. I am debating doing a Fantasmic dinner that night, but we’ll see.

Saturday, November 1st is our last park day. Traditionally, that is a Magic Kingdom day, so I was super excited to be able to get a before park opening ADR for Cinderella’s Royal Table! And get this! I also made a dinner ADR at Be Our Guest! I think that will be a wonderful way to end the day and the trip! Two more Throwback Tuesday pictures for ya – Coy and True at CRT in 2009:

So, we have a lot of ADRs, but we also have a couple of days with no ADRs so that we can have more freedom with park hopping and so that we can use up all of those CS credits! Since we are going during Food and Wine, I know we will use up all of the snack credits! I can’t wait for that! I have one more TS meal credit to use, and I don’t want to use it at an EPCOT restaurant since I want to do F&W as much as possible. I think I might add in another breakfast, but I don’t know when or where. I need to get a move on with these plans! The trip will be here before we know it! Double digits!!!

I didn't even see your last update! I have to go back and read it, but not now b/c I'm slammed with work and don't have anymore time today...

Hi Erin. I am finally caught up. We are staying at Pop for the first time, so I was happy to see you thought it was ok. Now, I have to get work done.

This post is brought to you by the encouragement of Ann! I went to Dunkin Donuts this morning to get breakfast and a medium cup of decaf. An hour later, a bad case of the jitters came on and now I am not so sure that they gave me decaf! I quit the full caffeine because of anxiety issues, but I occasionally need a little bit of caffeine to wake up in the morning. I usually go to 7-Eleven or Starbucks (if I feel like plopping down $5 for a fancy cup of joe) but I needed a bite to eat, too. So Dunkin it was! I was OK the last time I got decaf from there, so I am wondering if the jitters happened because I drank the coffee on an empty stomach or if they didn’t really give me decaf?

Naturally, I complained on Facebook about this, so Ann suggested that it would be a great time for me to update my PTR! I replied to her that I would just go on a caffeine fueled rant about how my kids won’t help me pick restaurants for UO! Then I realized that would be a great idea! So thanks, Ann! The jitters are almost gone, but I am on edge and still hyper :hyper: and I don’t want to unnecessarily snap on someone via email about a silly mistake. Not that I almost did that this morning with one of my vendors or anything… :rolleyes2 :lmao:

So, I asked my kids to take a look at the restaurants at UO to tell me where they wanted to eat. I even sent my son a link to look at some menus. Yeah, they weren’t interested in helping me plan that  Oh well. The only thing I have decided is that we are going to stay at the Cabana Bay Beach Resort. I haven’t made reservations yet, but it is the most economical. I think my kids would have also enjoyed Hard Rock – and if there is some last minute sale, I might switch – but I think we’ll just go there to have a meal or something. We’ll get the two day park to park passes and we will definitely take advantage of early admission to visit the WWoHP!

Coy and I also want to go to Halloween Horror Nights because we are big Walking Dead fans! I know I will be scared out of my wits – in a good way! But True would be terrified – in a BAD way – and she keeps telling us that she doesn’t want to go. Am I a horrible mother because I was trying to desensitize her to scary stuff by watching horror movies with her and Coy? :rotfl: Yes. Yes, I am! Scary movies are nothing like having a zombie walk up to you and chase you down the street at UO! I remember when I was about 18, I went to a haunted house in Church Street Station with my parents and siblings. The Penguin from Batman walked up to us and scared the living daylights out of my mom! And this was when we were still waiting in line on the sidewalk outside of the building! My mom stayed in the waiting area with my youngest brother while my dad, my other three sibs and I went inside the haunted house. We walked single file with our hands on the shoulders of person in front of us. Basically, conga line style. People/ghosts/monsters were jumping out at us from everywhere as we walked through the house! It was so frightening! I had my eyes closed for the majority of the walk-thru! But I loved it! :lmao: Did anyone reading ever do this haunted house? Anyway, I know I can’t make True go to HHN if she doesn’t want to go. Plus, it’s really only recommended for kids over 13, so she really wouldn’t have any business being there anyway. She can’t stay in our room alone, so I guess I will have to take her to the hotel child care… Uh oh… I just looked this up and there doesn’t seem to be child care at Cabana Bay Beach Resort. I’ll have to look into this. I’m sure that they will allow kids from that resort to go to another on-site resort for child care. At least, I hope so!

What the kids do want to do is go “camping” at Disney! Um…what??? True said she wanted to stay in the cabins and not in a tent. Seriously, where did this come from? I told her that we weren’t doing that this time, but maybe next time we could stay at Fort Wilderness. I showed her some pictures from allears.net and she fell in love! She is a country girl at heart! She saw the petting farm and she started begging me to stay there for this trip. Um…no. I am not changing resorts for this trip! I did remind the kids that there is horseback riding there and asked if they wanted to do that for this trip, and they did! Has anyone done this before? I know I looked into it for a previous trip but I need to research this again. All I know is that I want to do it early in the morning if possible, so that we can go back to our room and take showers after! “You stink of horse!” 10 geek points to whoever can give me the source of that quote! Yes, I am still clearly very hyper from the caffeine!

Anyway, back to my rant about not knowing yet where we are eating at UO… I took the kids to Six Flags with my bestie and his nephew the other weekend. This is turning into an annual trip for us! We had a blast but we could have had more fun if my plan of attack on that park was similar to what we will do for Disney World. Last year, the kids and I got to Six Flags just a few minutes after the park opened. Even though it turned out to be a very busy Saturday at that park, the kids and I were able to ride 5 or 6 of the major coasters before my bestie and his nephew even got there! This year, he got to the park early and we didn’t get there until the park had been open for an hour and a half! The kids and I still got to do a lot of the coasters because it was a Sunday and not very crowded, but we could have done much more. Lesson learned. Another lesson learned was that I really don’t like paying out of pocket for drinks, snacks and meals! Well, duh! I have been spoiled by the DDP! Even though I planned for spending a lot of money on sub-par amusement park food ( ) I still felt a little twinge every time I reached for my money! That won’t be an issue when the kids and I check into Pop on this trip, but it will be when we go to UO and when we are at AoA. So, I decided to start stashing cash for the out of pocket food and drinks that I will have to get while not on the DDP. It just takes too much fun out of my day when I am mentally adding up how much I am spending on that stuff! So having the food money already set aside should take the sting out of an $8 snack! I told myself that I was going to design some cash envelopes and tip envelopes this past weekend, but I was lazy  I’ll get to it! I’ll try to have them done by the next time I update!

This trip is truly sneaking up on me! I had a countdown app for our check in at Pop, but I decided that I needed to put an app on my phone for our stays at UO and AoA, as well!

So we have 86 days until we fly into Orlando and check into our UO resort! :yay: We’ll go to WWoHP that next morning, but I’m not sure what the plans are for the rest of the day. The next day, I think we will check out of the resort, pack our stuff into the car and go back to WWoHP. Again, no plans as of yet for what to for the rest of the day. At some point, though, we will check into AoA. I’d like to do an early morning check in so that our room will be ready for us after our day of touring at UO, but I need to look into the logistics. Will it really be possible to dash over to AoA before going to WWoHP? Hmm… I’m not sure if we can wake up THAT early! Oh, wait! I just realized that we have MNSSHP that night! I think we might only be able to do a half day at UO! Wow! I really need to get on the ball! :rotfl2: Saturday is a free day, so we might be able to do the horseback riding that day. Sunday is when we check into Pop and we will have our first full park day at WDW! Just 90 days until the kids and I get to experience The World all over again! :cheer2:

So, I'm posting this on the train on my way home! I started writing this at about 10:30am! See how fast my days go at work? Crazy! I'll try to reply (and also reply to everyone's TRs and PTRs) later because that was too difficult to copy and paste from my phone! ;)

Hey Erin,

:wave2: long time - no "talk" ... It's been a bit of a funky 2014 for me ... so...

Was so happy to find you are still here and writing-although I think you might want to update... Just saying...:confused3

so glad that you are going to the World and so soon!!! what a long, awesome trip you have planned! (I know you will be writing a great TR...)

I think you should win an award for the longest, most entertaining PTR...;) btw...

:surfweb: (I'm thinking about laying low on the caffeine myself ... after having had probably about 5 cups more or less and I think I have a little bit of the shakes myself...):scratching

Going to check out if Ann and Alysa have anything going :)

:wave2: Hey stranger!
I come back and you've got cheap flights and free dining and extra days and a side trip to Universal??!!? I am so happy for you! It couldn't have happened to a nicer mom and kids.

Thanks, Alysa! This trip is coming together nicely, considering how little time I’ve spent planning it :yay:

I didn't even see your last update! I have to go back and read it, but not now b/c I'm slammed with work and don't have anymore time today...

Believe me, I understand about being slammed at work! I can’t believe another month has gone by since I’ve updated! :faint:

Hi Erin. I am finally caught up. We are staying at Pop for the first time, so I was happy to see you thought it was ok. Now, I have to get work done.

Hi, Shannon! Yeah, I really liked Pop and the kids and I are looking forward to staying there again :goodvibes

You are welcome everyone......it was a good update, wasn't it??!!!! :dance3:

Now if only you can get another update out of me! Actually… keep scrolling for one!!!

Hi, Patricia! Yeah, I have been terrible about updating  I have to tell you all more about my plans, and I haven’t even finished with Playlist yet! Shame on me! Thanks for the compliment on the PTR! I think it is definitely the longest one ever! :rotfl: I can’t wait to end it and write the TR! :) I have to go back to read yours.

I’m just going to give you guys a quick update now because if I don’t it might not happen for weeks! I got an email from Frontier that they rescheduled our return flight! :scared: Long story short, there was nothing they could do about it, so now the kids and I have to leave WDW 6 hours earlier! Bummer! I was looking forward to doing some shopping at DTD and relaxing a bit before having to get on a plane. Now, we will have to leave the resort at checkout time and go directly to the airport. Oh well. At least we will get back 6 hours earlier and I can get us all settled in at home at a decent hour.

A good update that I have is that I booked our resort for our Universal stay! :yay: We are going to stay at the Cabana Bay from Wednesday, Oct. 22 to Friday, Oct 24 :cool1: I decided to get the 1 day park to park admission and the meal plan for one day. I considered doing the Royal Pacific, but it was about $300 more and the only real benefit was getting the Unlimited Express Passes. I don’t think we will need those because of the time of year and because I am going to use touringplans.com to navigate the parks that day. I only got a one day pass because I think it would be too much to go to the parks on Friday, check out of CB, check into AoA, put on our costumes and go to MNSSHP in time for our 4pm ADR for Liberty Tree Tavern! Whew! No way!

Speaking of costumes, I had a dream last night about a woman who had on a very cute purple and black outfit that had subtle hints of Disney all over it. Why I had this dream and who that woman was, I do not know, because I all but forgot that I still have to make our costumes for MNSSHP! I guess she was my subconscious telling me that I need to get on the ball! Well, you better believe that I woke up thinking about those costumes! The outfit in the dream inspired me to look up Disney fabric at 5am! I won’t give away what we are going as, but I found some really pretty fabric on Etsy that might work. I have to make these costumes as no-sew as possible! :lmao:

Oh! I also made a few FastPass+ selections! I’ll have to update you on that when I am finished with them. See how close we are to the trip!:

You can see that half of my screen is dedicated to this trip! Do you guys know of any other apps that might be of use? I’m going to add the touringplans.com Lines app for UO and WDW when we get closer to the trip. Oh, and that text message down there is from my baby. Not Squanto! I broke up with him! :rotfl: This is my new baby! How’s that for a cliff hanger?!?

Ok, spill about the new man, Erin!!! You simply cannot leave off like that and not come back for weeks!!! Hello!!! I'm waiting! So, have you done your online check-in? Let us know about the fast passes!! Geez, you sure do make us wait for info, don't you!! Ok, well, I'll be waiting!!!! :surfweb:
