has anyone been there around that time? How is the weather like? I was there with my girls at the end of October and loved the weather. We wore shorts and tank tops everyday but it wasn't too hot nor too cold. I hate the weather in July, August and still find begining of September too hot. How humid is it in May/June? What about the weather in February, that's another option we have.

I'm at lost as when to go back again as October has been the time of year that I love to go but my daughter will be starting school next year and I don't want them missing 2 weeks of school for Disney.

Late may early june is a awesome time for Disney. Mid to high 80's. We have gone at this time 4 different trips. Humidity was not bad either. A few days sticky but not to bad otherwise. I beleive early June is the flower festival at epcot to. The crowds are not that big either. This is our fav time of year to go.

I'm not a hot weather person so ... It was very hot in May/June 2010. Around 35C ... too hot and with Humidity. My Wife and I have agreed that late May in a "no no" for us. We spent most of the time at the Pool rather than the Parks.

February can be erratic ... some days 10C others 20C. We like February .... just bring a sweater and some long pants just in case.

We were at Disney 2 years ago at the end of May/beginning of June. Temperatures were nice at night, but very humid during the day. I don't know if you're a big Star wars fan, but Star Wars Weekends run during that time. For us, it was worth the sweating to be there!

I agree, we go quite often at that time and it's my favourite. Lines are short, weather is great. It's a fantastic time to go

Our first trip about 5 years ago was end of May/beginning of June (our last day was June 2, I remember bc it's my birthday!) We found it really, really hot, but as I freely admit, we have a low melting point. Didn't have too much trouble with crowds IIRC, but didn't have anythign to compare it with.

Thanks for all the input. I'm still debatting our dates as my girls get sick easily when it's hot and I don't want them to be sick during vacation. It's just not so much fun for them.

If you plan your days so you're at the parks first thing in the morning, you can get quite a few things done at the parks before it gets very hot. Then you leave at midday to return to your accommodations for a bite to eat and relaxation in the pool (or napping in air conditioned comfort). Then you return to the parks for the late afternoon/early evening.

IHMO You can go anytime of year and beat the heat - you just gotta plan to take breaks. We took our daughter and her family (including 2 grandsons who were 4 & 6) in August this year. The kids really only spent the mornings in the parks - well worth the money in my eyes because we got so much done in the almost empty parks before the crowds were there!

Make sure you check when Memorial Day is in the US, as that's a crazy weekend. Quite a lot of US schools finish that week, so it's the first few days of summer vacation, and a three day weekend for the parents. Make sure you make your ADRs asap, as we saw numerous families complaining about no availability.

Also, remember to check out Star Wars weekends if you're a fan, or stay clear if you're not. Ashley Eckstein is the nicest person alive, so I'd be sure and meet her if you have a chance.
