Not sure exactly where to put this question, so I apologize in advance if this is incorrect.
Question is this. Is there a web site to find out what type of benefits DisneyCo offers to its full time employees???

1) Yep.
2) Apply on-line.
3) Get an email to take an online personality test.
4) Get an email to schedule an in-person interview.
5) Go to interview.
6) Get hired.

7) The above is for hourly.
8) Salaried/managerial jobs are just slightly different procedure.

Not quite true, I'd have probably said not much more than minimum wage.

i work for disney..i beleive minumum wage is 7.25...WELL! disney employees are offered 7.30! lol a whole 5 cents more -_________-

Not true. As far as I know, no one is paid minimum wage.

What department are you in? People in my Department start out at just over $8.00

I know many in office/technical and they make just over 10/hr. Difficult to get a salaried role.

I also know many who have gone to casting this past week. They were all told that Disney is not hiring full time, just part time and seasonal.

it does depend on your department i guess but i know the poor people out in MK sweating thr butts off working in those carts are getting minimum wage.
