Hi,
I've been lurking these boards forever but finally actually joined the site.
Anyways I was wondering if any other Canadians got an e-mail from Disney in the last few days. I had ordered a planning dvd and mentioned I was interested in coming in November. So yesterday I got an e-mail from Disney Destinations saying all this and about it being my first trip (which it isn't....and my registration with disney states that I've been there several times)Anyways.....they were offering a value resort with tickets (2 adults, 1 junior and 1 child) for 6 nights/7 days for $1550 for stays oct 4- nov 24. Ok, I don't get it....what is the DEAL??? I followed the link but that just gives me the regular site. Are they even offering me a discount? :confused3
Thanks!

That doesn't sound like one of their discount emails.

There are OTHER discounts out there for September being emailed out this week for about 30% off.. they work out to 57$ a night for a value room (with two adults)

Here on the DIS, you can check the RESORTS / CODES & RATES boards for more information on discount offers and email that Disney is sending out all the time.

I received a similar e-mail today, except it offered rates available for 4/15–5/23/07. It definitely isn't the 30% discount offer, as it doesn't have a PIN code attached to it. It is just advertising the same promotion that they have been running in the newspaper and in their online ads.

I got that e-mail. I was so excited thinking there was a PIN code inside. Oh well ... my wait for a code continues :goodvibes :rotfl:

yeah I got so excited too and then it was nothing! They even say to book by May 6 or something....for what?!!?!

I just got the email about two days ago. the dates were aug-sept and nov 25 through dec. 6(or so) )07. It says you can get a 7day 6 night package for two adults and two children at a value resort, one park per day passes for under $1450.00 U.S.. Sounds like an okay deal for someone who is interested, I believe those packages usually go for around $1600.00 U.S. I am just waiting for a discount code for Feb. 08, hoping I can get the 40% and use it at AKL.:rolleyes1

I didn't get one but my neighbour did. She called and told me about it yesterday.
