Disney DVD's Guarantee? Scratched Movies

I remember reading on this site about being able to send in your scratched Disney DVD's for replacements/repairs. I can't find any info on this now. I do have some scratched dvd's that I would like to have sent in if this is available. Does anybody have any info on this? Thanks!

This is awesome! I never knew Disney had that kind of replacement program for their DVD's. Does it apply to all of them, for example Cinderella? I noticed this weekend when we watched that their is a spot where it is messed up and probably got scratched. Will they replace this movie even though it is now in the vault? TIA

I'd love to know the answer, too, as I have a copy of Lion King that locks up in a section and won't play. We made the mistake of buying it and putting it up on the shelf and not testing it right away.

I don't know for sure but I would think they would replace the movies that are in the vault. That is your copy of the movie that you bought and paid for. Like I said I don't know for sure they should.

Yes, I was told by my friend that used this service that they will replace movies that are in the vault.
