Disney Dream Embarkation Dining Changes Location & Time

Where do you go on the Dream during Embarkation day if you want to change your dining rotation or try to get wait listed for Palo Brunch or Dinner?
Anyone know what the current start time is as well?

In January, dining rotation changes and adult dining reservations were both being handled on Deck 2 right outside of Enchanted Garden. I don't know the times exactly, but I believe we went sometime around 1 pm and there were people there to help.

It was Enchanted Garden on the Fantasy last September (I know different ships, but they are similar so that might help). We boarded about noon/12:15 and I went right there. There was a small line but I was able to do both Palo brunch and confirm our table request in a short amount of time.

Just be sure to check the Navigator (app) in the terminal before boarding because once in a while they change the location.

I just got off the Fantasy on Saturday. It was outside of Enchanted Garden & it opened around 11:30 AM. I'm not sure when it closes. There was one table for regular dining & a separate table for Palo/Remy.

On the Dream in March it was outside Enchanted Garden. We went at 1245 and not many people there. Able to get Palo brunch (CM gave me several options for times) and confirm our private table request (which they had not done even with second seating, was able to fix it though)
