Disney Dream Deck 4 Water Refill

Ive been looking in my notes from last year but I cant find the exact location of the water refill station on Deck 4. Does anyone know the exact location, as in which side and which door its nearest to. I keep meaning to write it down, as I always seem to walk the entire length of the ship and be on the wrong side when I try to find it.
