I agree 100%. We want to be part of it too. I think I have seen that someone in the group is willing to organize it but I'm not positive. I'll see if I can find that post.
I don't know how to organize it or I would be willing to. This is our first cruise ever.

Ours too! I am on Winter Break and would be happy to do it but am worried I would mess it all up!
