For instance, you have to put your Key to the World Card (KTTW) in a slot in order for the lights/TV/etc. to come on and then remember to remove it before you leave your room and the door slams shut (it's your room key as well as other functions).

You don't have to use your KTTW card, you can use any plastic card, say an expired Disney park pass, for the slot in your stateroom to activate the lights/power. That way you can leave the card in the slot and just pull it out slightly to turn off the lights when you leave your room, and keep your KTTW card with you.

I would say you can’t go wrong with either. Since the Wonder is closer to you and that is the less frequent itinerary ( Dream is always doing Port Canaveral to the Bahamas) I would suggest the Wonder and then when you book a second ( which I’m sure you will want to) you can do one of the ones from the East coast

Glad I'm not the only one that does this!

I got a blank KTTW card from Guest Services; that way I don't lose any of my personal cards. I've still got it; it was a pretty first cruiser card.
