Disney Dooney and Bourke Anniversary bags selling tomorrow -questions

Has anyone been able to get any information as to how to purchase a bag other than being at Disney Springs Ever After Jewelry Co.? I cannot be there or I would go purchase it myself. I have called Disney and they do not have any answers. I have seen them on pre-sale on ebay and emailed several sellers asking if they would be including the free small zip pouch and dust cover but none have responded. ( They should include it as they are charging a significant amount more for the bag.) Any help would be greatly appreciated! This Mickey balloon pattern is a favorite.
