Disney Dollars and Disney gift cards.

Is there a place online to buy disney dollars? If I get a gift card, can I add value to it until we leave. Like buy a 50 dollar gift card this week and add to it each week?

I don't know where you can get it online, but my wife and I brought about 2000 dollars of 50 and 100 dollar gift cards with us to our trip last summer to WDW. One thing to consider is that smaller denominations aren't as scary if you were to lose one. Also, your kids can get their own and you can budget it out for them.

We purchase them at the local Disney store. We have about $1,100 sitting in my jewelry box ready to go in 4 weeks!
I think you can call Guest Relations in Florida but they charge you to purchase them and mail them to you.

We will not be taking any kids with us this trip. I want a 250.00 for extra food and tips and drinks. My husband will carry that one. I would like one for 200.00 for the Christmas store. I buy the grandkids their ornaments there and have them personalized. Then a few for 150.00 just for spending. I am not sure., but I might just get one for 500 and put it on our room charge. I really like going on vacation and having it all paid for ahead of time. No surprises when I get home.

Totally agree with you Connie. I am very obsessive about it. I get Disney Dollars and I have little envelopes with the money all divided up:

Resort Mugs
Chef Mickey Picture Package
O'Hana Picture Package
Out of pocket breakfasts
Autograph book and pen for daughter

Etc., etc., etc. Then I don't panic everytime we pull out the room card and say just charge it. A ton of my stuff is already paid for before we even arrive with my little envelopes!
