Disney Dollar Question - Food and Wine Fest

I am considering getting Disney Dollars for our trip. I tend to put everything on my CC so I can earn the rewards. I was told many of the stands take only cash - True or False? Will they accept Disney dollars?

I have never had problems using credit cards or my rewards card at the stands. They will also take Disney Dollars.
