Disney Dollar News (news to me anyway)

I may be the only one who did not know this yet, but I purchased some Disney $$$'s last
night and the clerk told me that in order to exchange them back in for cash at the parks you need to have
your register reciept.

Can you return them at the Disney Store?? Without a receipt??
That doesn't seem fair that you need a receipt.......you don't get a receipt w/ D$'s earned from rewards programs!!

You need a receipt to return them to the Disney Store also.

You do not need at reciept to exchange them at the parks. It would be impossible because many people recieve them as tips from guests. You do need the reciept to exchange them in TDS.

But if it worries you, just break all your $10.00 Disney dollars for something small in WDW. They give change back in regular money.


PS- I leave for WDW on thursday 9/06/01. I will post when i return and tell everyone about whether i could/couldn't exchange them.
