How far in advance do you get documents or anything from disney/TA? We hit our 45 day mark today and am wondering about watching the mail. Thanks.

We booked directly through Disney for our upcoming trip. We received our Disney Magical Express packet 41 days before our trip and the final Confirmation packet for resort, dining etc. came a few days after that.
A friend who booked through a TA received all their paperwork at one time, about 20 days before their trip.

How about AAA, specifically? I wasn't sure if I'd get anything or not since they told me that our tickets will be waiting for us at the hotel.

We got our Disney Magical Express packet 3 days ago and we leave in Sept 20th. We haven't received the final packet yet.

We arrive on 9/20 also and we received our ME stuff 3 to 4 days ago too. I have not received the final package though.

My friend who booked through AAA got her documsnts about 20 days before their trip. Included hotel and dining confirmations as well as their Magical Express packet.
If you are using Magical Express, you will need the packet before you go as it includes your luggage tags and vouchers.

Got my Documents from AAA yesterday and we are 33 days away..... I was so excited my TA called me at work yesterday and told me that my Disney docs and Magical Express docs just came in and were ready to pick up....It was soooooooooo hard to stay at work, I wanted to leave right then and pick them up....I am so excited.....

I don't have much faith in AAA since they screwed me on the free dining (mentioned in other threads). We'll see if those morons in the Charlotte office can at least send my info in a timely manner.

Ok, so I recieved magical express packet. So, I should get something else then. Good. I wondered where my planet hollywood voucher was. So, I will just wait. I recieved the Me voucher packet at 39 days out. I guess, I will wait for another packet to come. Thanks Disfam. I was all worried.

OT- What is up with Disney' 407 number. I never knew of thier phone lines being down?? What is going on?

So glad I dropped in here to read y'alls posts. I've been waiting for dvd of Song of the South so I put the trip departure date outta my mind, well kinda and we leave in 44 days! Can't hardly wait to see the mailman to see what comes first, dvd or ME package.

I have received my confirmation packet for our trip (Sept 1-8), but there was nothing in it about my dining reservations. I have all of the confirmation numbers written down here at home and plan to take them with me. It would be really nice if they sent a confirmation of our dining reservations. I have read from other threads that they sometimes lose your name when you arrive to the restaurant they cannot find it. It makes me a little nervous! Especially for big ones like Cinderella's Castle!

As far as I know (and what I remember from our last trip) they do not send your ADR #'s, but you can get a print out at your resort front desk upon check-in. I always have my copy (and then some!) with me. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

I received my ME docs at 39 days out as well (just yesterday!!) I have not received any other docs yet- hoping they're to follow soon.

They don't send you the dining reservations, if you're nervous you can call (there's an 800 number) and see which reservations you have under your name. You should bring them also to your trip and to each restaurant just in case.

I reserved directly with disney.com and they told me I will only receive the ME package and the confirmation. All other things will be given to me at check-in time. I called twice and both times they told me the same.
I received the ME information 31 days before my trip and I was sooo excited!!! Today it hit me that my trip is not that far and I'm becoming so nervous!!!!! I need a group hug!! ahhh! that's it!

We're at 39 days today and guess what was in the mail! Our ME packet! I am SO excited!

Only thing I'm a little sad about is I was expecting collectible luggage tags (don't know where I read that at) but all I got were the sticky things like the airlines put on the baggage.

I did receive a list of my ADR's in the mail, but we are a grand gathering so maybe that makes a difference. I laughed when I saw the one they sent my mom--it says she's eating breakfast at 4:40PM at the Grand Floridian! I guess I would be really hungry if I waited until then to eat breakfast!

We booked directly through WDW and received our ME info today (38 days out). I have a questions though...our tags say Polynesian on them. Our first night we're staying at POP and then moving to Poly the next day for our package. Does this mean the bags are going directly to Poly and not to POP first? That's what it sounds like to me, but I'd like to confirm that. Any thoughts before I call?

Sorry Kimber1963; I didn't see your question yesterday. We are staying for 7 nights (8 days Sept 20-27). We arrive at around 4:30 pm Orlando time. We might bump into you!

I'm glad other people are wondering about the same thing I am. I haven't received anything and we have 31 days left. I will just keep watching the mailbox! I'm sooo excited!

Have no fear! We also recieved our ME tags loooong before our collectible luggage tags, but they finally did arrive! I think we got ours at about 21 days out.
