Disney Discounts in May?

Can anyone recall what the discounts were for May this past year? I know there was a kids play free deal but what else... I'm trying to plan and my MIL is having a hard time with the price so I wanted to see if there was a trend of deals going on in the last few years (not that I could plan on Disney to do it again but it would make her feel better for the time being) TIA!

This past May they had the Kids play free and the free dining and if I remember correctly they also have the room discount. At the beginning of May it was the Kids play free and free dining was at the end of the month

We were there from 5/25 to 6/4 and had Free Dinning. Hoping for the same thing next year at the same time.

We went approximately the same dates in May in 2008 and 2009.

I think the only thing that was offered the first time was free park hoppers/water parks.

The second year we did a split stay and we booked a separate room for MIL when she joined us for a few days mid-trip. We got the Buy4/Get3 package for the first part and got a great room only discount ($101 for CSR) for the second part. We also got a FL resident discount for MIL's room which I think was maybe 40% off.


May is our favorite time. Unfortunately our oldest is now in HS so it's difficult to take her out of school. If not, we would continue to go in May every year.
