Disney Dining Show podcast - unable to download or stream latest episode on Apple podcasts

The audio episode "A Breezy Palm Breeze Bar Disneyland Dining Review" shows in my feed but when I try to download the episode I get an "Unable to download podcast" message. If I try to stream the episode instead of downloading, I get the message "This episode from The Disney Dining Show is temporarily unvailable."

I've been getting these messages ever since the episode appeared in my feed several days ago.
