Disney Dining & refillable cups

I do not believe the dining plan has returned yet but can you still bet refillable cups? Only going to be there a couple of days and was hoping to only take carry on for luggage so we cannot bring our pop and water with us on the plane. How much is the pop and water at the resort stores?

Yes, you can still get the refillable cups, but I don’t know if it’s economical for just 2 days.
