Disney Dining Plan

Can anyone tell me what days are including in the dining plan? Are your check-in/check-out days included or are we on our own for those days? Thanks.

the dining plans are based on the number of nights you stay.
however the credits can be used on check in day and check out day.

Yes, your entitlements for the dining plan will coincide with the number of nights of your hotel stay.

On the standard plan you get one counter service, one table service and one snack per night. So if your stay is seven nights, you get seven of each meal. But you can use them in any order from the moment you check in until midnight on check-out day. So on a seven night stay you would get eight days to use up the credits. You are free to eat two counter service meals one day and only table service the next, you just have a fixed number of credits.
