Disney Dining Plan Help!!

I am looking through resturants for 2013 Disney Dining Plan. We are looking at reservations for several places but I noticed some are now 2 table service credits. Could someone tell me all the resturants that do disney dining require 2 table service credits.

Le Cellier Steakhouse (L,D) - for the remainder of 2012 lunch at Le Cellier will be 1 Table Service Credit. January 1, 2013, Le Cellier will be 2 Table Service Credits for lunch and dinner
