Disney Dining Experience night of MNSSHP

(Finally!) got PS reservations at LTT for the same night as our tix for MNSSHP. CM making our PS was not sure if we could use the Dining Experience Card because it was a "special event". Anyone know about this? thanks

The rules state:
Certain restrictions apply during holidays and special events, so please check directly with the restaurant prior to making your priority seating. I have LTT for the night of 12/7 prior to MVMCP and I called the restaurant and they told me I *could* use the discount.

Note: To reach the restaurant, I called 407-WDISNEY and asked them to connect me with LTT.
