Don Pablos is NOT authentic Mexican you silly woman!

AMEN to that! We have family friends from Monterrey and they make the BEST tamales! (Sorry Denise... I have never tried yours, of course :))

Denise -- you beat me to a post on ANOTHER thread, too! You're reading my mind from 500 miles away, aren't you?

Psychic Denise at your calling!

OMG!! I am seriously moving to Atlanta now!! We love Mexcian - I usually make enchiladas for our fix - unless of course we are at Don Pablos!!

Mexican is my ultimate favorite, so of course I got the kids hooked. I'm just so dissapointed that the place at Mexico in Epcot gets such bad reviews. No Mexican during our trip. Boo hoo!

How about some Tequila or a Margarita or Kahlua/hot cocoa?

I suppose that would work. Of course, not for the kids. :teeth:

Hey, would you look at that? I am here chatting again! Sorry Tammi ;)

I had a feeling they picked dinner. It was just too easy to poke fun. ;)

I just can't believe how motivated you are. Your t-shirts are done. Your house is decorated. I'm a SAHM with one kid and I'm ridiculously behind on everything! Pitiful!

Sending you lots of pixie dust for tomorrow!
Amy :)

Can you say Type A oldest child perfectionist?

It seems like every WDW restaurant gets bad reviews from someone! We love LTT, Sci-fi, and Prime Time...all of which are constantly bashed.

Book it for your NEXT trip. ;)

That used to be me, too... what happened?!?!?!? :rotfl2:

Now, I'm a Type A Oldest Child Perfectionist with serious procrastination issues. I'm not sure how that came about, but let me tell you -- it's a combination that'll drive anybody CRAZY!

Excellent, excellent choices! I hope you can fit in Beaches and Cream! The only one of those we've never been to is GF Cafe.

Oh, now I'm soooo hungry!

It's HORRIBLE isn't it?! I am never motivated to do anything.... put it off until forever... and then kick my butt trying to make whatever it is spectacular... only to not like it in the end :)

When it counts, though, I am still most DEFINITELY borderline Obsessive-Compulsive. If only you all could have seen my "wedding binders". Then you'd have REALLY thought I was

And while I'm on my little postig frenzy here (don't worry - I have to make dinner soon!) ......

What do you guys do about ink for your printers? It has occurred to me that I have never used so much color ink before and I haven't even gotten to printing transfers! LOL

I had tried adding ink to cartridges with my old printer .. .it was a Canon BubbleJet and that project was a disaster!!!!

Currently, I have an HP DeskJet 5150. Anyone have advice on cheap inks or buying refills other than HP cartridges???

I use a generic brand for my HP printer from Office Depot. They run about 10 dollars cheaper than the HP ones. I don't know if they have them in the store or not. I buy mine on line.

Jennifer/Moonbeams: YOU FABULOUS WOMAN! Not only did the postcards come today (LOVE the hologram effects) but the kids got a very special care package! They are thrilled to say the least. They've been walking around the house with the gold autograph books pretending the characters are signing them. Too cute!~ Since Kate is making me personalized pages, I'm going to use the books as individual photo albums for the trip. We'll make them when we get home, and they'll have their own souvenir photo book. Thank you so much. You are awesome!!!!!!

It was the least I could do for all the wonderful designs you have made for me and/or personalized for me for the past few months! I am overwhelmed by how generous you are with your precious time to humor my whims.

Hugs and pixie dust to the kiddles for the surgery tomorrow! (and to the parents who will have to stress through the whole ordeal!)

Yes, I definitely think of tacos for dinner when I think of trimming the tree! :rotfl2:

Amy :)

I almost spit Coke all over my keyboard reading that!

triplefigs - I hope your family has fun tonight, and best wishes for a successful surgery tomorrow for your kiddos.

Denise - you shouldn't settle!! I told her I want to come to her wedding in case she needs any help handling her t-shirt emergencies!!!:rotfl:

Oh - and I should also mention - I am not a big fan of authentic mexican - that is why I like Don Pablo's!!

Denise - I ate at San Angel once - service was slow - and the food was mediocre at best - even the people who like authentic mexican agreed with me on that!!

Hey! I'm from California, and now live in Texas. Any night is taco night around here! Or cheesy enchilada night, salsa & chips night, margs night, etc!! Lots of people eat tamales on Christmas Eve around here.
