I spent an hour at the gym last night! 370/900
Going to add some time in today for walking the race expo and time tomorrow for running and walking all over the city. If my legs don't fall off first. I really hope to get to purple by the end of the weekend since I'm slacking this month.
Hmmm, favorite Disneyland memory:
I only ever went once with my mom while I was just out of college. Our very own girls' trip. I had no idea there was an Alice in Wonderland ride and we both loved it. We giggled like little girls. I believe we rode it three times. Will always be one of my favorite rides and memories now.

Glad that you are okay and how smart you are to get that little bit of bad luck out of the way before your race starts. Have a great time tomorrow! Run like the wind!
That is not an easy feat in the summer time.
and good thought for your knee.
I love everyone's stories!!! Hope to hear more!

They are frustrating and scary and take forever to get better because you have to keep walking on them all the time. Sending oodles of pixiedust and good thoughts that it heals up quickly and before vacation.

after today's 50-minute run. Trying to find positivity out of "at least I did it." Sigh.
