Check park hours with the app on June 18. It shows a ticketed event 7:45-9am. It's not showing on the park hours on the website.
The morning magic is scheduled for every Tuesday and Saturday through June. The 18th is a Saturday, correct?

It's showing up every Tuesday and Saturday in June. The morning event runs on those days through June already.

Disney just announced that they will be offering a 50% discount for pass holders for a Disney After Hours event ticket, bringing the price to just $75. I definitely would take advantage of it at that price, so I guess I'm turning on you guys. Sorry!

$75 makes it a definite for me...but I wont be going till November so I doubt it will be around.

I picked up 2 more tickets for MAy 19th...

Some info since it's a long hold:
- you can't get money back from a previous ticket as the deal only came out today..
- it's will call only, you need to show your passholder card and id to pick them up.
- you can pick them up early if you happy to be at the parks prior.
- on 4/21 I used will call when ordering online, they appeared in MDE and I was able to just scan a magicband at the entrance to get in.
- you can link the phone tickets to your mde via the confirmation number and assign them to people so you can probably skip the will call line.
I just have to say this--
Totally jealous right now!!!

I hope this stays around!!!!!

Why would anyone pay retail, now?

Id offer them Olive Garden gift cards and "magic" beans for some tickets.
Because if someone doesn't have an AP then why would they get a discount? Let the annual pass holders and DVC peeps have their perks :)

It's basically the same thing as saying no one should pay to park at WDW because on site guests get free parking..

That's a trick question, Thanks Shanghai.
Ha ha that was great..I literally laughed out loud :)

Two most overused phrases right now that are driving me absolutely nuts--

"He's part of the establishment"
"Thanks Shanghai"

As for the latter- Yes, I've been on disboards too much recently lol

DVC and AP have always gotten discounts on things. Not 50% though.

This is Disney trying to save face without giving away a bunch more tickets or cancelling completely.

True.. But also could be because the majority of APs live within driving distance..and probably the majority of those wouldn't attend at $149.

I'd love to pay $75 or $99. But I'd still pay $149 if I had the opportunity to go right now!!

We disagree on our thoughts towards this event..I'll just leave it at that :)

If it's around for my October trip, i'll probably go for it! Woohoo the $75 is a much better pricetag
I can't imagine that would be the case A October is already 40% party nights, plus an occasional EMH - there's nowhere to go with DAH. (Unless bloggers and many on this site are wrong and free EMH go away)
