Disney Culinary Program

Hi everyone, hopefully this is the right section to post this question.

My brother recently graduated from a technical high school and his field was culinary. Right now he is working in a few restaurants so he has experience, but he's looking for something to kind of jump-start his career in the culinary field.

I just found out that Disney has a Culinary Program, much like their college program. Does anyone know much about this? Is it only in the Spring and Fall like the College Program, or do they accept people year round?

I went to a technical school for pastry and started the first few steps for the culinary internship program. My application was accepted and then I was scheduled for a phone interview. It wasn't until during the interview when I was asked what school I attended that i was told that they didn't even consider applicants from my school. Only two very prestigious (and expensive!) culinary schools in the area, even though my school had the same qualifications and certifications as the two. The bottom line is just make sure you know what schools they accept from before you go through the process and wind up disappointed!
