Disney Cruise- who would you book with?

Would you book with Dreams Unlimited? Is there a good Canadian TA who is comparable (ie ship credits)? I'm looking for a friend. I personally booked with my DVC points so I'm not much help.

There is a Canadian Disney Specialist recommended by several fellow DIS'ers.
