Disney Cruise using points question

So I used points to pay partially for my Disney Cruise on the magic to Canada. I am seeing the reports that they cancelled cruises on the magic to Canada but the date I am going wasn’t listed. So I’m assuming they will cancel it at some point.
So when they cancel I will have the converted points that need to be used but I don’t think I’ll be able to use them for a cruise anytime soon.
Can those points be used for other Non-DVC Disney resorts?? I know there will be an additional fee.

Yes, they can be used for a reservation at many of the Non-DVC Resorts as part of the Disney Collection.
