I follow someone on Instagram who went on the test cruise and had to wear a mask at all times, no thanks.
We saw in the live video very few people on deck wearing a mask as the Dream was sailing out of Port Canaveral.I follow someone on Instagram who went on the test cruise and had to wear a mask at all times, no thanks.

Ah yes, I expect masks inside, I'm just hoping they're not needed outside.I asked the person on Instagram and they said that masks were mandatory inside as she was taking a photo with the statue in the Lobby

Learned something newIn 2016, a new ruling went into effect from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Customs and Border Protection that bans these types of cruises aboard foreign-flagged ships sailing from U.S. ports.
Why would they do two more test cruises? There is no indication from CDC that this is required.Just saw on Facebook that the dream is scheduled for 2 more test cruises. The last one ending on 8/8. The day before paying passengers
sail.
Maybe those extra cruises are more like 'Practice Cruises', like they did in England... not really part of Test Sailings for CDC, just getting the CMs up to speed?
They’ve not said anything at all yet unfortunately (and nothing to infer from the UK sailings as people generally can’t mix vaccines there).Has anyone seen anything on what DCL's stance is on full vaccination with mixed vaccines doses? Some cruise lines have said it's fine as long as you have two, some say two MNRA are fine no matter which ones, some are saying that a Vector Vaccine like Astra Zeneca followed by an MNRA are NOT considered vaccinated. We've really mixed things up here in Canada....really hoping it doesn't mess up our chance to cruise.
Actually they have been mixing vaccines in the UK and other parts of Europe. And since AZ is the main vaccine in the UK I'd say Europe DCL cruises should be fine for next year. It's the US based cruises that are saying those of us who mixed are not fully vaccinated And Royal and Princess seem to have reversed their stance on it. As with everything else in this Pandemic, things change every day. They’ve not said anything at all yet unfortunately (and nothing to infer from the UK sailings as people generally can’t mix vaccines there).
I’m in the UK - the only time you can mix vaccines is in the event of a bad reaction to AZ. Otherwise it’s expressly not allowed by the Government at present.Actually they have been mixing vaccines in the UK and other parts of Europe.
